Quotations and availability
A form submission does not reserve a product or create an order. Availability, quantities, prices, currency, payment terms, packing, freight and dispatch timing must be agreed in a written quotation or order confirmation.
Product references
Images and measurements describe the listed product references. Stone appearance and finished dimensions can vary. Confirm the actual pieces, current photos, agreed tolerances and any material requirements before payment. Suggested retail values, where shown, are USD references and are not offers to sell at that price.
Wholesale and custom projects
The wholesale minimum is 10 pieces per order, mixing designs and materials. Custom work is assessed individually. Custom samples are paid, with scope, cost, timing and any revision terms agreed before work begins.
Delivery and after-sales arrangements
Shipping options, charges, insurance if available, import responsibilities, damage reporting, returns and other after-sales arrangements must be agreed for the order. This page does not promise a specific carrier, arrival date or return policy.
